HARRY GOZLAN, Founder and Executive Chairman
Harry Gozlan is Founder and Executive Chairman of smartTrade Technologies. Prior to smartTrade, Harry spent 13 years in various trading positions. He served in rates, derivatives and proprietary trading at Citibank and was the Global Head of FX Options and Cash Treasury management at Group Crédit Agricole.
Using his experience in various asset classes, Harry Gozlan and co-founder David Vincent launched smartTrade to design multi-asset systems that would improve trading, risk management, and execution quality. The partners collaborated to build an innovative product line to meet the demands of today’s Tier 1 global banks in terms of usability, performance, reliability, flexibility, time-to-market and cost.
In 2012, Harry and David expanded the company’s product set to provide packaged solutions targeting the mid-tier and regional banks.
Since founding smartTrade in 1999, Harry has built the company into a global organization serving many of the largest global banks in the world. smartTrade has offices in Aix-en-Provence, Paris, London, New York and Tokyo and boasts an enviable client list of tier 1 banks.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale in Paris.
DAVID VINCENT, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
David Vincent is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of smartTrade Technologies. He is in charge of the general management of the company with a strict sense of priorities and organization. His vision embraces both the business and technological specificities of the financial services industry.
David was originally smartTrade’s Chief Technology Officer and created the company’s ground-breaking technology. He brought the disruptive cross-asset model to the finance industry leading smartTrade to its current position as a state of the art technology provider.
Prior to smartTrade Technologies, David co-founded LexiFi, which developed mlFI, a language for the design of derivative contracts. mlFi was elected Software Product of the Year by Risk Magazine in 2001.
Before founding LexiFi, David worked for almost 10 years in high-level IT design, development and management positions at Société Générale on projects specifically concerned with complex trading operations.
David graduated from the Institut des Sciences de l’Ingénieur de Montpellier and holds a Master in Artificial Intelligence.
EMMANUEL LORGE, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Emmanuel is actively leading and defining the product strategy and technological vision for smartTrade Technologies.
His extensive knowledge of eTrading processes, product cycles and software development are key assets in managing the design and software development of the company.
Previously Director of Technology UK of smartTrade, Emmanuel led the entire technology team in London. He drove all global project deliveries of smartTrade’s local clients and worked closely with the smartTrade R&D centre, being the interface between day-to-day client needs and product evolution.
Emmanuel joined smartTrade as a software engineer and after serving as a team leader of the R&D department in Aix en Provence, he moved to New-York where he ran several global projects for North American clients.
Emmanuel has strong product and client knowledge. Coupled with his technology expertise he can understand clients’ technical and functional needs in low latency and secured trading environments.
Emmanuel holds a Master of Software Engineer.
ANNALISA SARASINI, Global Head of Sales
As Global Head of Sales, Annalisa leads the sales organization at smartTrade bringing a solid experience of executive sales and business development in the software industry. Her responsibility covers the conduct of the sales strategy, the growth and management of the sales teams, the product campaigns and the client relationships for smartTrade worldwide.Before joining smartTrade, Annalisa Sarasini has been VP of Global Sales for the Messaging Business Unit of Informatica Corporation..
Prior to her role at Informatica, Annalisa ran Global Sales for 29West. Annalisa holds a Master’s degree in computer science, which gives her deep technical experience and helps her understand and solve clients’ pressing technology issues. She served prior to 29West as technical sales and business development at IONA Technologies and Sonic Software (now Progress Software) and began her career as a software engineer with eXcelon/ObjectDesign.
