SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Current position : Aix En Provence (FR) - London (UK) - New York (USA)

This position has to be filled by a talented, assertive, highly-motivated and skilled individual, who will bring to the role important skills but will also be keen to learn new ones on an ongoing basis as the role develops. This individual must be a good all-round software developer, and be willing to learn, adapt to, and utilize new technologies.

Requirements:

Must speak English
Minimum 2 years IT experience
Proven track record of high-quality code delivery
Will ideally have, but is not required, experience of commercial software engineering, working practices and methodologies, especially agile software development
Must have, and be able to demonstrate, strong development skills in one or more of Java, C++ or .NET, and be keen to learn the others
Have a real interest for software development
Will ideally have, but is not required, experience to write excellent quality code and in-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming
Knowledge of design patterns and OpenSource world
Knowledge useful of Spring, Hibernate, GWT, FLEX and FIX protocol
Ability to be operate independently and work on own initiative, taking ownership and responsibility for software deliverables
Ability to work in close knit and highly skilled multi-disciplinary teams whose focus is designing, building, testing and delivering new functionality and commercial software products

SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE

Current position : London (UK) - New York (USA)

This position has to be filled by a talented, assertive, highly-motivated and skilled individual, who has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, with an established background in selling systems to capital markets departments in a very competitive and exciting environment.

Requirements:

Must be capable of generating Leads (HUNTER)
Strong track record of selling STG 1+mio software packages to Financial Institutions
Deep financial product knowledge either through a background in banking or experience working with vendors such as Algorithmics, Calypso, Murex, Reuters, WSS, Sungard, Apama, or their competitors. The knowledge can be single product (i.e. FX) or multiple products.
5-7+ years of experience
Experience in electronic trading related projects
Ability to develop business plan and execute
Ability to manage the pre-sales process; determining the appropriate resources and allocation
Ability to manage global sales; work with the international teams
Ability to navigate easily between IT and Business/Trading universe
