smartTrade Solutions Delivery mission is to implement and support our customer needs. The team has deep domain expertise on the development and integration of smartTrade and can provide Project Management skills that are tailored to each customer. Our mission is to 'raise the bar' for Professional Services through our relationship and customer care abilities.

Support:
smartTrade Solutions Delivery provides both phone and web access to users for development support on smartTrade APIs. smartTrade provides a dedicated phone support line for help. All calls are responded to in a timely manner, those that are critical receive immediate attention. Dedicated phone support is available. Customers can also use a dedicated web resource portal to provide feedback, ask questions, and submit input on the product roadmap of the smartTrade solution. Additional hours of support can be added for those clients who wish to customize their arrangements.

Knowledge management:
smartTrade provides our customers with a web-based datacenter that includes a full library of our software binaries and documentation. Users have the ability to download information and have access to all versions, with the corresponding online guides. The Solutions Delivery team provides customized training sessions; the smartTrade Solutions Delivery staff has deep knowledge of API's and can provide training that is focused on specific domains. The lessons are personal and pro-active, based on custom exercises/solutions and can be offered on-site or on-line.

Integration:
The smartTrade Solutions Delivery team can provide consulting services that provide access to our domain expertise on building electronic solutions for a specific product, product set, or on a cross-asset basis. This adviser role enables our customers to use the smartTrade platform in an effective manner and reduces overall project risk and delays.

Project management:
The Solutions Delivery team can develop and package a specific version of our software for those customers whose project teams are already overutilized and/or time-to-market is critical. The team can customize our software at any level of our APIs including the front-ends (java, C#, web...), as well as the business logic (RiskLimit management system for instance).
